@miss_thami My anxiety is the worst with supply! Esp at the beginning of terms, during half terms if the placement has finished! 😭 it’s knowing what the best thing to do is! Keep going, girl! I’m with ya on this one 🫶🏼

@MissRoberts18 hey, just a question - were u entitled to anything regarding Mat leave as a supply? I’m on supply and just thinking for long term…. That’s what worries me about it mainly being able to have a baby and be off. Any info on it would be fab x

Didn’t get the interview yesterday! It’s a massive kick in the teeth, considering I qualified as a teacher there on my placement with exceeding and an amazing end of report! Also, since January I have been their supply teacher when needed!🥹 @MrTs_NQTs #edutwitter #ECT #teaching

@CatT1970 @MrTs_NQTs Wow! That really puts it into perspective for me! It happens a lot, a lot more than I thought! It’s such shame and questions your own ability! I’m good enough for supply all the time but not as perm staff! Ah poor soul! Hope she gets what she deserves elsewhere! X

@TerriTips @MrTs_NQTs It’s very hard though because she knows my teaching etc and has been the one getting me back in! But now it’s time to break away from that school as it’s not longer serving me well.

@TerriTips @MrTs_NQTs My previous obs and the school etc etc! My class teacher(she’s deputy too) during my placement gave me so much help during my application and lesson prep but she wasn’t on the interview panel so I am still keeping my relationship with her as she’s been nothing but supportive.
