1. Jay Leno, Chris Tucker, and George Lopez all testified under oath that the Arvizo family had tried to scam them before they targeted Michael Jackson.

2. Before accusing MJ, the Arvizos had already accused JCPenney and their father of molestation.

3. Janet Arvizo spoke with several civil lawyers before going to the police, including Larry Feldman, the attorney connected to the multimillion-dollar 1993 settlement.
