today we attended the extremely inspiring @epilepsy_scot event.. The panel really helped us learn more about the impact of epilepsy on athletes, and how advocacy and awareness is key to decreasing stigmas. 🗣️ @sportscotland

I had the pleasure of attending the commonwealth games youth planning group meeting 🌈 we spent time discussing the ways in which the games can impact young people before, during, and after the game. ⭐

It was great to see the new cohort of a programme I was previously apart of and hear about all their amazing ideas!

Last week we had our 1st YPSP Development Day of 2026 🗣🔵 We had a great day discussing upcoming opportunities and what we planning in our focus groups.

What a fantastic weekend competing in Cheer Dance UKs Blackpool competition. What an experience getting to dance in the tower. Higher age categories in competitions like these encourage women and girls to stay in sport longer. 💃

10 projects have benefitted from Sport Facilities Fund awards, the money will be used to create new homes for sport or develop existing facilities.
