@Maria_maqs I work as a swimming teacher now since leaving teaching, got friends who work for the council in office type jobs or are HLTA's since they quit teaching too. You'll find something that works for you, got options 🙂

@RogersHistory I made it 4 years as a supply teacher and am now a swimming teacher. It is much less stressful job and nowhere near as much pressure on you mentally for the shit you have to do and go through as a teacher. I would never go back to school teaching.

@MissB286 I'd put 2 stone starting early 2020 and noticed how much by the May/June of first lockdown. I calorie counted using app on my phone (lose it), got a rowing machine (used 3 times a week) & took self off meds that caused it. I'd lost all 2 stone by Oct.

1) Got a new swimming teacher qualification 🏊‍♀️
2) Taking my dry robe with me was best decision of the day - stayed cosy when out of the pool 🤩
3) Only I would take the wrong turning to the M6 and have to add a 20 mile detour home via Stafford 🤦‍♀️

Had my wisdom tooth removed today, so a relaxed day off work was had. I'm not looking forward to the feeling returning after the numbing injections finally wear off though... or any swelling

Only I would end up out on my board on the lake in a thunderstorm... To then get back on land as the rain hit, get soaked packing up and then my car dies. Leaving us stuck in a deserted car park in the dark, mid thunderstorm until help arrived 😂😂😂⛈️🏄‍♀️ #FML
