Saw on me of my district high school’s production of Cinderella. As she runs away at midnight, some of the gold that comes out of the prince’s mouth included: “was I a bad kisser?”, “can I have your number?”, “I can still see you!”, and “can I have your Snap?” 😂

A student told me that he couldn’t get to class quicker because he was wearing jeans and I told him that if ilia malinin could do a quad axel into a Euler into a backflip that he could hurry it up 😂

Part of my students’ online textbook allows them to make avatars for their profile. They’ve been having a lot of fun with it and most times their creativity makes their profile look nothing like them. Including this one that I swear looks like the early years of @alyankovic 😂

Doesn’t matter if it’s a school or somewhere else, I’m going to figure out a costume where I can flex my ability to make a fairly realistic bruise out of makeup. Our principal kept saying admin were being pirates and wanted people to join in, so I obliged. I defended my ship.

We did a matching/memory game last week and I had us check 6/7 first so we could get it out of the way. A kid decided to be smart and went for the next closest option: 6/17. It was a match. Next kid decided to try 16/7. Also a match 🤦‍♀️ I can’t escape it #teacherlife

Considering that I was never able to do sports growing up for medical reasons, the fact that I was invited to the volleyball end of season banquet for scoring all season was lowkey healing.
