Our Primary 7s have been learning about influential people in history. Last week we learned about the life of Harriet Tubman and now we are excited to learn about the Civil Rights Movementπ #curiouslearners@woodside_school
Although we were sad to finish our class novel βNo Fixed Addressβ we were able to reflect on all of the rights and #GlobalGoals our story related to. Primary 7 had lots to talk about!π @WoodsideRRS@woodside_school
βI love diversity because ...β Today we looked at what makes us unique and why celebrating diversity is so important! We discussed all the different things we can learn from each otherπ @woodside_school
Article 31 - the right to play and rest. After looking at different countries around the world, we made our own footballs out of recycled materials. βIt was difficult to make, but really fun to play with when we finishedβ β½οΈ #woodsideweekofpeace@WoodsideRRS@woodside_school
P7 have been very curious learners when learning about British Sign Language. We have been learning a new song, and tried to spell out our names to each other. It has been wonderful to hear about all the practising at home! #curiouslearners@woodside_school
Starting our morning with @RADevSchool is always a good way to start the day. The P7s worked extra hard and were encouraging each other the whole timeπββοΈ @woodside_school
After a busy morning reminding ourselves how to be ready, respectful and safe, we worked together to practise our partitioning skills outdoors π #teamwork@woodside_school
