@MartinSLewis gas & elec was fixed in Dec 2019 for 1 year. From Feb this year price doubled without warning. Been trying to get hold of company but cant as call centres arent manned due to COVID19. Where do i stand regards getting the price back to the fixed rate?

@northernassist getting moving isnt the correct term, seeing as my partner had to carry our baby & pram down the stairs as I wasnt able to walk down the stairs whilst holding my child due to back problems. All the gate staff just stood there watching & not one offer of any kind of help!

just like to say thank you to @northernassist only one lift to exit MCR Victoria station from the platfoms & its ‘out of service’ & to ask for assistance, great when there is nobody anywhere & are 6 months pregnant & have a pram with an 8 month old! Great service!

@northernassist I did eventually ‘get moving’ but surely that is besides the point. There were elderly people & people who clearly had mobility issues struggling to get down the stairs. Maybe having a staff member on the bridge level just to advise & direct would of helped
