Fantastic day with our RQTs today @lihtrust. Really impressed with their reflective attitudes and commitment to improving as teachers. They even embraced a bit of role play. What a great day.

I was so impressed with Palm class’ knowledge of place value and their determination to use a variety of methods. We can see concrete, pictorial and abstract methods being used.

Today Willow class went exploring in the outdoor area and stumbled across Greenways Rainforest! We found lots of wild animals through our binoculars and telescopes! Luckily, the jaguars and crocodiles seemed to be in a good mood 🐊

Wishing my wonderful willows a fantastic half term and Easter.
I have loved having you in school for the past 3 weeks. Seeing you come back, work hard and stick together when it’s been tough has been amazing. I’m looking forward to our Summer term already ☀️

This week Willow have been investigating sound. Here we are doing the classic cup and string experiment! We made an interesting discovery- if the string was tangled and knotted, we couldn’t hear each other! 👂
