Our new student teacher, Miss Kuna, has been getting to know Y2 today! Miss Kuna spoke to us about values and we wrote on a handprint what we value within our class! 👋🏼

Today, Y2 learnt the importance of clarity for instructions. They instructed me to make a jam sandwich. They instructed me to spread the jam but didn’t tell me where 🤯 hence the jam all over the plate 🤣🥪

Very lucky today to have the fabulous Y6s join us to discuss their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic as we continue our research in history 🦠

This afternoon, in Y2, we practised our speaking and listening skills during a small debate about superheroes during the pandemic 🗣️

Despite the wet weather, Y2 had a fabulous afternoon at forest schools with Ms Clarkson making wooden pendants! 🪵🌳

Today, the school nurse came into talk to us about the importance of hand washing & how vital it was during the pandemic to stop the virus 🦠🧴 (there should be pics but my iPad died before I had chance 😭🤣- maybe next time!)
