@TLRailUK The first time I’ve actually paid for a first class ticket & there are people in here that clearly shouldn’t be. No tickets checks. What is the point in the premium fare?!

@craftginclub For example, 2,000 used to get me £20 off a box. Now I have to spend a minimum £100 to get that £20 & can’t use anything against a box. I’m just not seeing how this is better or ‘more exciting’.

Hey @craftginclub your ‘reward vouchers’ now all have a minimum spend & can’t be used against boxes. Seems a bit rubbish! It wasn’t like that in the past! #rubbishrewards #notrewarding

@craftginclub As a loyal customer, I don’t see how making me spend a minimum of £50 to get at my vouchers is rewarding. Or maybe I’m missing something? Having worked my way up to gold level I’m disappointed at what I find here. Your previous scheme seemed far more generous.
