@FirstNorwich And to continue these are not the only issues I have had with this service I have a job I need to get to and leave in plenty of time to do so!! Will you be recompensing me for time and monies….. I doubt it!

@FirstNorwich Thank you for your explanation but unfortunately I do not feel that this is adequate especially as two of your buses had mechanical failure!! Surely you could have found at least one replacement bus as 5 number 16 came!! Also your App for this stop does not show any buses……….

@FirstNorwich so usually I have to complain that your buses are late but today 13 to Attleborough arrives 10 minutes early and doesn’t even wait so no I have to wait an extra 35 minutes for the next one!! Will now again be late for work!!

@FirstNorwich is there a reason that your buses just don’t turn up???? 13 to Attleborough 30 minutes late yesterday 40 minutes late today I’m losing money because you can’t provide a bus service that runs in time, app doesn’t work and no explanation!!!! Disgusting service

@FirstNorwich you could really do with teaching your drivers some customer service skills! When I have been waiting for a bus that is half hour late and ask politely what happened to earlier bus I expect more than a shoulder shrug!! #firstbusnorwich #poorservice

@FirstNorwich the 08:40 13 to Attleborough failed to turn up with no explanation!!!! How are people meant to reliably get to and from work with this atrocious service 🤬I would like to make yet another formal complaint for what is worth!!!!
