Construction for the Dan City Mall, along the R36 in Dan Village, near Nkowankowa in Limpopo has officially resumed.

Main contractor, Mike Buyskes Construction [MBC], have announced the commencement of work on the landmark retail development, which will deliver more than 31 000m² of modern retail space and create a new shopping destination for communities in and around Dan Village.

The R3 billion development is being developed by McCormick Property Development [MPD] and is expected to open in March 2027.

Dan City Mall is expected to become one of Limpopo’s largest retail developments, creating thousands of employment opportunities and opening new avenues for local businesses.
