So if there are any “time travelers” influencing the past, according to the German whistleblower from 2017, it must be indirect, and that is the only way.

The alleged German whistleblower in 2017 said that there are two types of groups on Earth, the so-called positive and negative, who, directly or indirectly, knowingly or unknowingly, are working on a dark agenda to transform humanity physically and spiritually, and this transformation is not desired either by humans or by future humans. (he is talking about transhumanism here.)

He says that these positive and negative groups are influenced by extraterrestrial beings that very pragmatically pursue the goal of leading intelligent species toward technocratic development, which ultimately leads humans to lose their biological form and become digital beings.

Now, in my opinion, this part is where the whistleblower is either inspired or gives a perfect explanation of why extraterrestrials would crash their technology on Earth to indirectly spark technological innovation.
