Despite washing my hair, the henna’s smell was still strong so i skipped the gym bcoz i didn’t want the smell to bother anyone. Instead, I went for a walk in the park, figuring that if anyone caught a whiff of henna, they’d think it was coming from the trees

I came all this way for this beautiful henna treatment for my hair. She’s carefully coating each strand with henna, then rolling them to look like a flower bundle. I feel like a flower just a stinky one with all that herbs & henna 💀

I started journaling by mentioning one incident that made me angry or sad. Then categorize the thinking pattern my brain cell into analyzing that moment to see the positive things in it.

Watched a 9 min vid titled “ 8 things i do before 8am” it was useful until the end when she asked to follow her for useful topics related to type (A) high-functioning woman! High what? And it has types? That label somehow made me question my productivity
