.@united I have incurred hundreds of $ in international phone fees to to find a way back to SFO from Venice after your partner @Air_Dolomiti inexplicably cancelled, un-cancelled & re-cancelled my flight, then tried to book me through 4 cities on as many airlines w/out my consent.

I finally have a flight for 24 hours after I was supposed to depart, but have nowhere to stay since our hotel has no rooms tonight, esp considering that it is NYE.

And did I mention this is my honeymoon?!?! I will be billing you for EVERYTHING.
