Another week has gone by and the criminal charge against me still stands. My next court date is a week from today, Feb 16. It’s mental torment waiting to learn what will be my fate. Will the crown withdraw the charges brought forward by police? Or will the crown decide to make a spectacle of me, that it’s in the public interest to prosecute me?
Just want it to be over. I want to be free of criminalization and continue do my work as a storyteller. How about those intimidation tactics against journalists, hey?
