@Mango I am sick and tired of dealing with the customer care team and their absolute delays in getting back to customer concerns. I have been having trouble with a return and it is now passed the return date and nobody has gotten back to actually solve my issue.

@MayorOliviaChow at least @fordnation has let provincial staff work from home, in an effort to reduce congestion. This is mayor that does not care about the city, the workers or quality of life, or congestion that will impact everyone—visitors, game watchers and Toronto residents

@UberEats is this how you treat your customers? I have never faced this w/ customer care. As an uber1 member, I was not even asked if there was any other support needed and the chat was concluded. When I waited and did what I was told which is to reach back out. Seriously?!!!
