This morning, we took time to talk about #BellLetsTalk day & #DIFD. I used this amazing book by @TomPercivalsays to talk about worries/anxiety. Itโs okay not to be okay, itโs not okay to keep it bottled up. Each student is taking home a copy of the book with a reminder from me ๐

Today is #BellLetsTalk Day, a cause near to my heart. Bell is raising awareness and funds for mental health initiatives. Every tweet using the hashtag #BellLetsTalk donates 5ยข to the cause! #DIFD#MentalHealthIsHealth
