@Official_MissSA The minority is still not represented. SA has 11 official languages, you would rather put "howzit" instead of including Tshivenda and Seswati. You can do better

MissSA should not promote this knowing that they will crush these girls dreams. It is sad watching all the entried, of deserving contestants and them not knowing that they will not be disqualified #MissSA2020

I did an assessment on past winners and runner-ups, if you think we moved towards a South Africa that represented all groups after apartheid, then you are in for the shock of your life #MissSA2020

SA has 11 official languages and 9 provinces, how is it that some ethnic groups and provinces have had no representation in the past 20 years? Do they not send in their applications? What is the problem here?

What hurts is these hopeful contestants see this, but are too afraid to speak because it could jeopardize their chances. It is heartbreaking to see that their dreams are invalidated because the selection criteria is flawed #MissSA2020

Year on year since 2012, I saw my girlfriend's dreams getting crushed. She knew she was good enough, and she was, she practiced for months on end but never made it nor got placed as a finalist #MissSA2020

The sad part about this pageant is that ordinary girls are hopeful, thinking they will either be placed or be seen when the pageant is recycling girls that have already been exposed to some benefit #MissSA2020

Miss SA entries are open, and the real requirements are:
- Be signed: Boss Models
- Medical degree
- If you are black, be famous
- Have won provincially or nationally Miss Sundowns pageant
- Placed or selected as a finalist or semi-finalist for Miss SA in the past
