My grandfather in law passed away and we didn't get round to closing his account someone has now hacked and is starting to change stuff on the account. We want to get it closed permanently ASAP! I am not sure what personal details he had on it! Please help

Left two parcels in a locker, and put tracking number in app and says still in locker I have two people demanding where there parcels are!!! I put it in the hermes locker 10 days ago!!!!!😡😡 sort it out!
