I grew up haaaating mushrooms but fungi are also so fascinating and skeevy to me. Decided to grow my own blue oyster mushrooms and they were finally ready to harvest today! Thank GOODNESS for @veganhippiesol recipe for southern fried chikn, because it absolutely SLAPSSSSS🍄🍗🌱
