I just remembered the day I went to see a psychologist when I was still varsity, I was going through a LOT. She saw that I wasn’t okay, locked the door, played music and said “let’s dance”. I stood up and danced my problems away and then when we were both tired and panting like dogs, she opened the door and said see you next time.
