@GarminSA To be quite honest, I am tired of wasting my time. Your 'support' is terrible. I have been without a watch for 3 weeks already, only to hear that it needs to be sent back to Joburg, with no guarantees. I am done. Thanks for nothing.

So disappointed in @GarminSA ...they no longer offer support for my old faithful 310xt, so they're unable to even evaluate the device and are not offering a replacement unit either. What must happen now?!?!

@GarminSA Please ask your product 'support' staff to quit messing me around and wasting my time!!! My device had already been sent to Joburg, but qas promptly sent back as it is 'out of service'!!!
