This book is the equivalent of a great summer action flick: a plot with enough weight and conflict to pull the reader in but never takes itself too seriously. This is sure to please anyone who either loves or hates isekai. https://t.co/zJE0lxnIEe
The immortal Strazis, the Ancient Warrior, begins his search to bring his many children together to make a final stand against the Extragalactics who are waging a genocidal war against the Wild Stars!

I've said before that one of Indies' most bankable authors was Nate LaPoint, since his characters are made for movie adaptations. Virgil Everness is a franchise waiting to print money. Check this out if you dig Weird West action.
@Pontifex One of my most recent has a Catholic couple employed by the Church in the business of monster slaying in 1800s America. https://t.co/BHrzBOZGLk
@Pontifex Been working on it for around a decade. My Raven Mistcreek books are the most overtly Catholic things I've written. Catholic schoolgirl fights eldritch horrors while traversing a universe that explicitly embodies Plato's notion of a Qualitative Continuum. https://t.co/WyrwN6w5hj
@Pontifex Lots of imagination and narrative creativity in our short story anthologies. The themes of Good vs. Evil abound. Absolutely top tier writers from around the world. https://t.co/8jIG0DmR2p
Inspired by both @Critical_Scribe and @HariSel57511397 efforts in this department, I’ve been working on recording a short story of mine, ‘Scales on the Heart,’ into audio form.
It was originally published by @MistcreekP last year as part of their anthology, Rock and Roll Mercenaries. Since I have a voice fit only for whining, I asked an American friend of mine to record it. Since I can’t pay him upfront, I’m going to share potential royalties with him.
I am enjoying his reading so far, as the tone he strikes fits the story well, though we’ve gone through various takes over the past few months. I find it interesting that his reading is about an hour in length for a story roughly 9000 words long. Considering how long my novels tend to be, I think an actual reading would be about 15-30 hours.
Such an endeavour, however, would not be viable for a while.
A short thread on some characters featured in our upcoming story about a secret organization that fights terrorists, mad scientists, and whatever else comes their way. Each member of Cryptid's code name is a cryptid or mythological creature from their native country.
With the first draft of the first Code: Cryptid book done, let's push some of the characters to the foreground. We'll start with the leader from America: Thunderbird! Ready to punch or sh00t terrorists, mad scientists, and/or robots all in equal measure!
