I am absolutely frustrated with @twilio. The onboarding process has been the worst. It is April (started relationship in January). I am still trying to connect WhatsApp business to my platform. They should provide a temporary account exec for onboarding at no cost.

My issue not resolved. Someone emailed me in the AM today, I provided the updated records Wix suggested I include….have heard nothing back. We tried to make the updates with no luck. My website continues to be “under construction”. Regretful I chose @squarespace for my domain.
