ال CIB انا مقتنع انه انجح بنك ف مصر .. بس فكره ان عميل wealth او غيره يفضل اكتر من ساعه عشان يستلم كشف حساب مختوم ، ده بيخلي التجربه سيئه جداً .. وياريت لو في حل ان يجي كشف حساب مختوم لحد البيت بأي طريقه كانت بذات و ان كل الجهات دلوقتي بذات الاجنبيه بتحتاجه من العميل وقت التعامل معاه

I would like to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a highly unprofessional and misleading experience I recently had with Mashreq Bank Egypt⁠.

A representative from the bank contacted me regarding a financing program designed for premium clients, where I was informed that if I placed a fixed deposit ranging between EGP 1.5M to EGP 2M, I would become eligible for an unsecured loan with approximately the same value.

Before taking any action, I clearly requested a full assessment of my financial position to confirm my eligibility. Accordingly, the bank representative requested all required documentation, including:

Company documents
Personal and business bank statements
Financial information required to calculate my DBR (Debt Burden Ratio)

After reviewing all submitted documents and completing the evaluation process, I was explicitly informed that my case was acceptable, aligned with the bank’s policy, and that I was eligible to proceed.

Based on these confirmations, I proceeded with placing a fixed deposit of EGP 2,000,000 at Mashreq Bank.

I was then informed that the unsecured loan procedures would be finalized within a few days. However, what followed was a long series of delays, repeated follow-ups, multiple requests for additional information, home and business investigations, and continuous assurances that the approval was “in progress.”

Today, after weeks of unnecessary delays and commitments, I was finally informed that the Credit Manager rejected the approval — despite being previously told that my case was “Approved Per Policy” and that my DBR fully qualified me for the facility.

Frankly, this experience gives the impression that I was pressured into becoming a new high-value client and placing a substantial deposit under promises that were ultimately not honored.

I fully respect the bank’s right to approve or reject any financing request. However, what is unacceptable is:

Providing misleading assurances before the deposit was placed
Requesting extensive financial documentation and confirmations
Encouraging a client to commit EGP 2 million based on representations that later proved inaccurate
Wasting significant time and effort with no transparency or accountability

I sincerely hope Mashreq Bank Egypt⁠ reviews this matter seriously and resolves it professionally. Otherwise, I will have no option but to escalate the case formally to the Central Bank of Egypt within the coming days.

I believe transparency, professionalism, and customer trust should always come before sales targets and client acquisition tactics.

اول ما قريت بوست زيزو من يومين اقتنعت وصدقت كلامه لانه الحاجة الوحيدة المنطقية، كلام متناسق مع كل اللي قاله قبل كدة واخره في فيبراير مع إسعاد يونس ومختصره الزمالك اولا وجمهور الزمالك قبل اي حاجة وهما اللي عملوني…

أنا مش قادر اتخيل اي حد بيتفق على مرتب السنة في الش��ل واجي في الاخر ألاقي نفسي واخد اقل ومش بقبض ٣-٤ شهور زي ما بنسمع.. حاجة تخلي الواحد يطفش من المكان اللي بيحبه ويمشي.. ولو جامد العالم الكله هيبقا عايزه وعارض عليه أضعاف الفلوس… والكلام ده احنا كجمهور مش بنحس بيه لاننا عمرنا ما هنعرف نحط نفسنا مكانه بكل المغريات دي..

بس انت بردو عارف وشفت ان لما الجمهور بيقف في ظهرك بيخلي حتى الادارة اللي فشلت تماماً في كل ما سبق وزيادة تجيلك وتديك كل اللي انت عايزه..

فلما تيجي بقا اللحظة اللي تقرر تمشي فيها عشان مابقتش قادر تستحمل والعروض كثير وتبقا عايز تدي لنفسك حقها عليك.. فتقرر تروح الاهلي وتكذب يبقا كل الهري اللي فوق ده مالوش اي ثلاثين لازمة ولا يخصني ولا يهمني ولا تعرف تشتري بيه مني بثلاثة تعريفة تعاطف.. ��ه انت طلعت ماضي وكل مصر عارفة وبتحور على الناس الوحيدة اللي صدقتك..؟! قاعد بتغني معاهم في المدرج وانت موقع ومخلص وطالع تقولي بعد الجول "you can’t see me" .. ده ايه الجبروت ده.. انت مين ؟!
