A Kansas City Catholic school disenrolled an A-student simply because his parents were against a ban on LGBTQ+ books.

St. John LaLande Catholic School issued a letter to notify the parents after what they called "prayerful consideration." Obviously the prayers invoked the hateful GOP Jesus not the Democrat's loving Jesus.

The parents were told their values were not that of the school.

The child had absolutely no role in this disagreement. He did nothing to be expelled.

The school recently began banning books including one that showed a child having 2 mothers. It also banned the Duolingo language app for translating words like "gay" and "lesbian."

As a recovering Catholic I can honestly say this is such BS.

My heart goes out to an innocent child who did not have any voice in the hateful behavior of his school and his parents who did nothing but follow Jesus' words to love one another.
