@Wonderbly I’ve bought from you guys before over the years but utterly disappointed the tiny booklets that have now arrived instead of the books I ordered. Quality gone downhill. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Raised a complaint and basically got sidelined. Rubbish-will not buy again ever!
@BethRigby Feels very swept under the carpet, but the summer has had many redundancies. As a professional, trying to find a job is currently ferocious. The NI impact has already hit, when jobs on LinkedIn have hundreds/thousands of applicants within hrs of going up. A bubble brewing😬

@marksandspencer for WEEKS to get a refund for 3 protein yogurts that are full of mould, well before their BBE date and you continue to deny me a refund, though you���ve not disputed that you sold inferior product. Online or in store -no refund! DO NOT BUY M&S!
@marksandspencer absolutely appalled at the service I’ve received from your online customer services AND your store. DO NOT BUY DANGEROUS FOOD FROM M&S! Selling mouldy yoghurts well within date and refusing to give a refund. THIS IS AGAINST MY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
