Thabile Ngwato and Thokozani Nkosi Split
The pair has separated as the co-owners of Ngwato Nkosi Group — a media company which owned news channel Newzroom Afrika, kids channel PlayRoom and films channel Movie Room.
The split sees Thabile Ngwato retaining the ownership of Newzroom Afrika.
Under the new setup, Thokozani Nkosi has opened a new company called The Rooms Network which retains ownership of PlayRoom and MovieRoom.
Ngwako Nkosi Group was co-founded by the pair in 2018, initially registered as Ngwato Nkosi Holdings.
Subsequently the company successfully bid for MultiChoice's vacant news channel spot and the channel named Newzroom Afrika was launched in 2019.
Notable move in this situation is the acquisition of TV rights for Chris Q. Radebe's hit self-funded project, Shut Up Men Are Talking. The acquisition is happening under The Rooms Network, helmed by Thokozani Nkosi.

Watching someone unknowingly eat 6/7 edibles is beyond evil. Worse thing is you OFFER them those edibles in the name of a prank??! A person you know has never touched edibles in her entire life. Now she has to take pills possibly for the rest of her life. I'm sorry, I'd sue.
And when pray tonight…pray for the grace of meeting the right people. There are people who will elevate and place you in the right rooms. It takes one interaction for your life to change. May you cross paths with the relevant people.
