The Establishment, Washington Insiders, the Deep State, whatever you call it, is/are freaking out that some House members are balking at the new budget deal. Why? How can they justify, with unemployment under 4%, allowing spending to stay at such high levels? Both 2008 and 2020 were used to permanently increase the size of the government. I can make an argument that we should take spending back to 2007 levels, not just 2019 levels. This crisis spending that leads to permanent bigger government must stop.
