@jasonscheer Seems like a pretty kneejerk sassy comment seeing as how that news just came out yesterday afternoon. I’m willing to bet that’s already in the works but why make a public comment about it?
I go back to the initial hearing.
Kessler spoke for 45 minutes. Cited cases that supported Sorsby’s position. Spoke about how the NCAA is inconsistent in it's enforcement and messaging and made a case for why Sorsby’s mental health couldn't be used against him.
The NCAA walked up,
did not challenge anything that Kessler cited and agreed to the facts of the case as portrayed by Kessler.
Claimed that they think Sorsby is faking his gambling addiction with no evidence to support their claim and then sat down.
If you don't like the outcome, blame the freaking NCAA. If they were even a little bit competent, they would have won the injunction.
@be_trades@Aaron_Jones11@tierani_kristen I wouldn’t say it’s too flawed. Last year it looks like she had a .258 avg just against SEC teams in 19 games. This year if you just look at what she did against SEC teams just in the playoffs she was .344 in 11 games.
@Mister_Root Wait so is that a USA Today article that’s published in the AJ? It’s one thing for the hometown rag to have that opinion but then double down with an outsider to have that same opinion just seems even dumber.
@sportsiren Maybe take another journalistic approach and look at programs with 2nd year coaches this year and how many transfers are on those rosters? Just thinking in this new era of NIL and the transfer rules that 15 of 23 # probably isn’t out of the norm. 🤷♂️
