@flyspicejet worst customer support. I would not recommend booking with @flyspicejet. It has been more than 20days, and my refund is still not credited. No proper communication channel.

@flyspicejet The refund process is not good. It suggests the refund will be credited within 7 days, but it has been more than 15 days, and I am still waiting for the refund. #spicejet
