PAYMENT CONFIRMED. DENIAL CONTINUES.
@GooglePayIndia has now officially confirmed that my UPI payment of ₹4,971 to Delhivery Limited was SUCCESSFUL and that the merchant should have delivered the goods or issued a refund.
Despite this, @myntra continues to send the same template response — “no extra amount collected” — and keeps closing the complaint.
Let this be placed on public record:
• UPI payment SUCCESSFUL (confirmed by Google Pay)
• Payment made to Delhivery Limited (official partner)
• UPI Transaction ID shared multiple times
• Product NEVER delivered
• Order later cancelled
• Refund DENIED repeatedly
At this point, Myntra’s position directly contradicts the payment network (UPI / Google Pay).
This is no longer a support lapse — it is denial of a confirmed payment and bad-faith grievance handling after proof.
The next step, as advised by Google Pay, is a formal chargeback via the bank, which I am now proceeding with.
Escalating this for regulatory, payment-network, and platform accountability.

PUBLIC RECORD — REPEATED MISREPRESENTATION OF A CONSUMER GRIEVANCE
This is now the 6th time Myntra has sent the same incorrect response and closed my complaint — including replies from support, escalation desk, and case managers.
Every response repeats the line: “no extra amount collected.”
I HAVE NEVER CLAIMED ANY “EXTRA AMOUNT” WAS COLLECTED.
This is a COD order paid via UPI, where:
• Payment was successfully debited
• Google Pay UPI Transaction ID has been provided multiple times
• Payment went to Delhivery Limited (official partner)
• Product was never delivered
• Order was later cancelled
Repeatedly responding to a fabricated claim instead of the real complaint is not an error — it is procedural abuse designed to justify auto-closure of tickets without resolution.
After a confirmed UPI debit, saying “not received in our system” is an internal reconciliation failure. Pushing this failure onto the customer and marking the issue “resolved” is bad-faith grievance handling.
Myntra has:
• Not disputed the validity of the UPI transaction ID
• Not traced the payment via Delhivery / UPI rails
• Not explained where the debited money went
• Yet continues to close the complaint
This is no longer about ₹4,971.
It is about systemic misuse of customer-support processes, SLA-driven closures, and suppression of valid consumer grievances.
Placing this on public record for regulatory, payment-network, and platform scrutiny.

PUBLIC NOTICE — SYSTEMIC FAILURE IN CONSUMER GRIEVANCE HANDLING
Despite providing a valid Google Pay UPI Transaction ID, proof of successful debit to Delhivery Limited, and evidence that the product was never delivered, Myntra has now repeated the same false response 4–5 times, including from its Escalation Desk.
Each response incorrectly states “no extra amount collected” — a claim I have never made.
This is no longer a customer support issue.
This is procedural misrepresentation of a consumer complaint to justify artificial ticket closure.
Let this be placed on public record:
• COD order paid via UPI (Google Pay)
• Amount successfully debited
• UPI transaction ID shared multiple times
• Payment made to official delivery partner (Delhivery)
• Product never delivered
• Order later cancelled
After a confirmed UPI debit, the statement “not received in our system” is an internal reconciliation failure, not a customer resolution. Repeating it while closing the case is bad-faith grievance handling.
Myntra has not disputed the validity of the UPI transaction ID, not traced the payment, and not explained where the debited money went — yet continues to mark the issue “resolved”.
This behaviour raises serious concerns about:
• Misuse of resolution templates
• SLA-driven closures over factual resolution
• Consumer grievance suppression at scale
Escalating this publicly for platform, regulatory, and payment-network scrutiny.

This is now a repeat, copy-paste failure of support, not a misunderstanding.
Order ID: 132016898001759534803
Complaint ID: IN26012419552039364933
Amount: ₹4,971
Myntra again claims “payment not received in our system” and closes the issue — without addressing the core question:
Is the UPI transaction ID I provided valid or not?
If invalid → say it clearly.
If valid → explain where the money went.
Repeating “not received in our system” is not a resolution — it’s a straw-man fallacy used to auto-close tickets.
I have spent 10–15 calls, 15–20 mins each, explaining the same issue with full proof. This reflects complete inefficiency and intellectual dishonesty in Myntra’s problem-resolution process.
Closing valid complaints without verification is not customer support — it’s systemic failure.
Escalating for accountability.

For the record, Myntra’s latest response again says “no extra amount collected.”
This is irrelevant and misleading. My complaint is not about any “extra amount”.
I have already shared the Google Pay UPI transaction ID for the COD payment made to Delhivery Limited, where the amount was successfully debited and the product was never delivered.
After a confirmed UPI debit, repeating “Myntra has not received the amount” or “no extra amount collected” is not a resolution — it is an internal reconciliation failure being pushed onto the customer.
Either clearly state that the UPI transaction ID provided is invalid, or trace the payment via Delhivery / UPI rails.
Continuing to reply with irrelevant templates after a valid transaction ID is shared is willful deflection and bad-faith complaint handling.

Thank you for responding. I’ve followed you and will continue on DM.
This is regarding a successful UPI payment to Delhivery Limited for a Myntra COD order where the amount was debited but the product was never delivered.
I’ll share the UPI transaction details on DM and request your help in verifying the payment status.
This is the third identical response, ignoring evidence and logic.
Support that cannot verify a transaction ID but keeps closing complaints is operationally broken.

Facts (screenshots attached):
• COD order paid via UPI to official Delhivery QR
• UPI Transaction ID: 602490700000
• Paid to Delhivery Limited on 24 Jan 2026, 4:12 PM
• Amount successfully debited
• Product never delivered
• Order marked “Cancelled – unable to deliver” in Myntra app
I have called Myntra customer care 10–15 times, spending 15–20 minutes per call, repeatedly explaining the same issue and submitting the same proof.
Despite this, Myntra’s “problem resolution team” demonstrates complete operational incompetence — responding with “no extra amount collected”, which is a textbook straw-man fallacy.
My complaint is COD PAID + PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED — not “double debit”.
If this claim is being declined, the ONLY logically valid reason is that the UPI transaction ID I provided is invalid.
Myntra has not disputed the transaction ID, not verified it, not explained where the money went, and yet closes the complaint as “resolved” — clearly prioritising ticket closure metrics over actual problem resolution.
This reflects a deeply inefficient, misleading, and intellectually dishonest support process that misrepresents valid consumer complaints just to close them on time.
This is not customer support.
This is systemic failure and deliberate deflection.
Please verify the UPI payment against this COD order and resolve this transparently.

@Swiggy@SwiggyCares@harshamjty@nandanreddy@SwiggyCares your customer support is a joke. Incompetent, arrogant, and outright shameless. The way your team behaves is not just unprofessional—it’s notorious. If this is how you treat customers, you don’t deserve them!
@AJIOLife@AjioCares
Completely #disappointing#service from AJIO compared to other platforms.
Bought a garment and wanted to exchange for size issue and it’s been only 11 days and got refused .
@SidMalhotra@BNushrat please do not tie up with such platforms , @VineethNair18 please keep trained professionals in customer service . Really rude and ignorant customer service.
@AJIOLife@reliancegroup@jagograhakjago yes , but your terms and conditions and the price of a product is volatile, so the terms and conditions at the time of purchase should be applied .
Please provide a clear resolution and answer to my query . #Reliance#Ajio
@AJIOLife@reliancegroup Why would the customer anticipate such an issue and take screenshots of the terms to use them later ?
The product I bought was returnable at the time of purchase , it was brought on 29/11/23 and later it became non returnable on 30/11/23 .
