Did...did the billionaire who bought this platform for $44 BILLION...for the express purpose of turning it into a propaganda machine....FOR ANOTHER FUCKING BILLIONAIRE TO WIN THE PRESIDENCY...really just fucking say that?
Like, uh. Wow. Kinda speechless ngl
On a completely unrelated note, if Trump wins Elon gets a comfy cabinet position and potentially even an entire new federal agency he gets to helm (totally no conflict of interest risks with his dozens of massive companies dw) https://t.co/YoPxWx5AlW
I see your profile picture. That’s Johnny Cash. My hero too. Arrested seven times. Smuggled 668 amphetamines across the Mexican border in 1965. Took every drug there was and drank like I did. Cheated on his first wife. Slept with more woman than I ever did. Hit bottom in a cave in Tennessee in 1968 trying to crawl off and die. And then he got up. He got clean. He spent the rest of his life singing for prisoners and addicts and the people the country threw away because he knew he was one of them.
That was the whole point of the Man in Black. He wore it for the poor and the beaten down. He wore it for the prisoner who has long paid for his crime. He wore it for the ones who never heard a word of Jesus. He wore it for the addicted and the dying. He wore it as a standing witness that no one is past saving.
You picked his picture. You did not pick his message. Try listening to the words.
Backrooms director Kane Parsons says he wants to make a movie adaptation of the game Portal
He's looking into the possibility with “a lot of caution and a lot of curiosity”
Tom Green in 2007 explaining to a 39-year old Joe Rogan about podcasts — and how creators can go direct to audience on the internet — on Tom Green’s webshow in Tom Green’s living room while drinking Coronas really was one of the most important moments in modern media history:
Someone hid a self-replicating worm inside 37 npm packages.
Written in Rust.
Hidden behind an eBPF kernel rootkit.
Talking to its operator over Tor.
It steals 86 environment variables.
AWS keys. GCP keys. Vault secrets. Kubernetes tokens.
Your Anthropic API key. Your OpenAI key.
Your Exodus wallet seed phrase.
Then it uses your own npm credentials to republish itself into your packages.
So your code infects the next developer.
Who infects the next one.
The commits were backdated up to 13 years.
The commit author name was “claude.”
The malware named itself after the AI to hide in plain sight.
The attacker also left their own wallet recovery phrase in the debug data.
Nobody is having a good day.

Tamagotchi Connection V3 (2006) has now been dumped and emulated. Since the ROM is a full 512 KB, dumping the firmware took quite a while, and I most likely haven't cleaned up all the errors yet. Overall though, it's working.
In addition to being an exceptionally stupid bug, this also reveals that Meta has absolutely dogshit visibility into what their AI is doing. This should have worked on one or two accounts then been shut down.
Happy to announce I'm a developer on Toy Story 3 remaster team. Really proud of the work and collaboration that Digital Eclipse has done to make this happen alongside the collection. I can't wait for everyone to play this amazing game on October 15 on consoles and PC!
