There was no communication regarding a tracking # or if sending it to the wrong airport was resolved, but ecstatic that I have it now! Then they said they sent my luggage to San Fran instead of San Diego!🤦🏽‍♀️ Still no tracking information. Sad that the end of our 15 day trip was left with frustration!

An additional mix up in delivery address, not given any tracking info when I got an email 18 days ago letting me know my luggage will be on the next flight from Athens. Not able to reach a human is maddening!
