@IngramSpark customer service is terrible - worse than the cable companies! They use AI, make it impossible to talk to an agent, and have not responded in over 10 days! Terrible big-company monopoly! Arrogance breeds competitors!

Spirit has poor safety training for their staff!!! I’m on Spirit Airlines 1901 from Nashville to Orlando. There are two drunk passengers sitting in the exit row. The gate attendant said she won’t reseat them. They said it’s the flight attendant’s job. I told the flight attendant
