@houston_tsta @hea_president This needs to be discussed more when questioned why teachers don’t get paid enough. Why do the administrators get paid such a high salary? The extreme difference in pay puts administrators in a separate team as the teachers; not working together for the students.

@Aintropy @houstonisdwatch We are getting memorandums for taking more than 3 days off (non consecutive) when I asked what will happen to our banked hours, they told me the expectation is that we come to work stated in our contracts.We currently have no access to our contracts. They have removed them!

@DrBradJohnson As a teacher I value being taught … I value input from admins but with an expiration date… if they have been away from the classroom for more than a year, they are regurgitating theories and not applications.
