I finally got the CK experience at LHR. Met at the gate, taken to the car, whisked to the other terminal and sent to the lounge. It was so nice. Thank you @AmericanAir I get to check that one off. Now to get that in the USA.

security line at DFW was awful today so I called the key desk and asked them to come meet me at Security to take me to the gate because I was going to be late and could miss the flight. Their response was they couldn’t. that’s how they treat their top customers. @AmericanAir

The crew on AA21 was best in class. They made everyone feel valued. We were on a new 787, with the 100 year amenity. Super cool. Nice @AmericanAir

CK desk can’t tell me anything about my flight. Last time I was CK they had all info and were proactive in communicating. Now it is like, “sorry, we know nothing”. Expect more @AmericanAir

Delayed because we are waiting on 1 FA. Understand people get sick, delayed, etc but we have 2 non rev FAs on this flight, why don't they help with boarding so we can get going and be prepared once the other one arrives. @AmericanAir
