MIX took into the streets in an attempt to understand why vendors sell on the side of the road and other informal structures. Through most of the interaction we realized that the operators are foreign nationals. Most of them are working for themselves while others are employed.

In this case in order to progress to more formal structure documentation will be the first step of that process. Without this administrative process we will always be backwards and honestly on the ground none of the vendor are keen to be documented.
