Instead of crying over missed opportunities, closed doors and detours, pause and think. It’s the Almighty’s way of protecting us from the pain and anguish not meant for us. Had He allowed it, we would have been left broken and in total despair.

Remember, each one of us is a work in progress. Sometimes you may feel like the Almighty has abandoned you. This isn’t true. He is building a strong foundation and testing your character. This takes time. Don’t be discouraged by the delay.

Don’t be daunted by the road ahead. Yes, it may seem long. But the Almighty has it all planned for you. You need to start the journey even if it’s with baby steps. You will pick up speed and your pace will quicken as you move along. Distractions aside, Paradise awaits.

Almighty. Grant us a heart that’s pure; free from grudges, malice & all things evil. Keep compassion alive in us. Help us refrain from judging others as we’ve not walked in their shoes. Keep our hearts at ease & pleased with Your Decree. We ask for Your Mercy always. Aameen.

Don’t let people pressure you into becoming someone you’re not. Society will always pressure you into being this or that. We are brainwashed daily into believing it. Each one has his or her opinion. That’s okay. Deep down in your heart, you know who you are.

Don’t curse delays. No matter how much you hate it. It’s human nature to want things to happen when we want them. But the truth is, behind every delay, there's a blessing. Do not regard every delay as negative. Remember, the Almighty knows what we don’t. So lay your full trust.

There will be times when things happen and you can’t comprehend them. That’s okay. The Almighty works in amazing ways which our minds cannot fathom at times. Don’t try to understand everything. You’ll end up frustrated. You just have to trust Him. That’s where faith comes in.

When your heart is heavy & burdened & your mind sees no way out, that’s when you need to trust the Almighty & depend on Him even more. Don’t entertain negative thoughts from Satan. Rise above it. It won’t be easy but you must do it. Bear utmost patience & He will find a way out.

Don’t keep grudges. Grudges are for those who insist that they’re owed something. It’s one sure way to become miserable. Let it go & heal your heart. You’ll find it easier to move on. Looking back isn’t going to help you. Moving forward is what we all must do.

Avoid complaining about who wronged you and who treated you unfairly. It’s all part of the Almighty’s plan to teach you life lessons; that’s why He allowed it. Once you’ve learnt them, you’ll be ready for new opportunities. He will open new doors for you.

When you’ve achieved something good, be prepared for the haters to come out in full force. They might ridicule you, spread rumours about you or even spew harsh words. Don’t worry. Focus on what’s right & keep going. The Almighty is on your side.

Almighty. Guide us to the best of manners. Grant us sound faith and conviction. Forgive all our sins; the small, the major, those done privately and openly. Grant our soul strength and purify it for You have complete power over every aspect of our existence. Aameen.

Do you sometimes feel like everyone is letting you down? The Almighty puts such people in your life to teach you to depend only on Him.

Let people assume whatever they want about you. You’re not responsible for their assumptions and whatever else they think they know about you and who you’re supposed to be. You can’t stop them anyway. It has nothing to do with who you really are. Just live.

Almighty. Help us realise our #Ramadan goal in getting closer to You. Soften the hearts of those who’ve yet to feel the sweetness of this month; don’t let us give in to despair. Give us the strength to keep trying. We ask for Your Mercy & Forgiveness. Aameen

As we cross the halfway mark in #Ramadan, take stock of how you’re progressing. It’s never too late. The most crucial thing is to finish strong as we head towards the last ten nights. Keep going. The Almighty knows & sees all your efforts, no matter how small. He will reward you.

How to stay positive in a world that’s quite bleak out there? Let’s admit it. It can be rather difficult at times. But the bottom line is: you should always thank the Almighty for what you have and trust Him for all your needs. Never doubt what He can do.

The world around us is in a mess. We're so vulnerable. We're weak & in fear. Almighty. In all this, we lay our complete trust in You. Bring healing to those who are ill. Bring empathy into people’s hearts. Comfort those who have lost loved ones. Aameen

Focus on yourself. Mind your own business. Don’t start comparing and spoil every blessing you have. Remember, your grass will never be greener by focusing on someone else's lawn. Water your own. Nurture your own. Refocus your energy on your blessings. You’ll reach your goals.
