Over the years, I have been interviewed by some excellent interviewers, the ones who are probing, well prepared, and skeptical (as they should be).

But two ladies left me with a feeling that lingers long after our interview. They were just warm, engaging, and empathetic, the kind of feeling you can only experience in ways words cannot describe (at least not for me).
