@BBCTeesSport Idiots. Leeds were fined under regulation 3.4. Southampton have admitted to 3 breaches of regulations 3.4 and 127.1. The same sanction would be wholly inappropriate. Also the stakes of the match were far higher than an isolated league game (as in Leeds' case).
