@ZARA why am I being asked to traipse round multiple Zara stores for another opinion on these trousers. Why can’t customer service see with their own eyes that these are faulty? You’ve lost a dedicated customer. Nice one.

Appalling customer service @ZARA today. Pair of trousers less than a month old, worn less than 5 times and the seams are falling apart but this is apparently an acceptable item and not refundable, because they don’t know ‘how it was done’. Not a Zara shopper anymore! Trash!

Another day, another “no update” on my missing bag from @British_Airways and @AmericanAir. Apparently it’s in Burbank, Phoenix and Heathrow all at once. 6 days and counting. Just need to wait another 24 hours for an update…. Or 48 depending on who you speak to. BE BETTER.
