When a child sexually touched another they get the blame. But this is getting taught in schools from young ages. I’m not saying that children that touch others is right I’m just expressing that I think it’s wrong that it’s instantly the child’s fault x

He raped a 12 year old five times, then raped a 13 year old then filmed himself raping a 15 year old......
..... and the courts genuinely think that an 11 year sentence (which will not be served in full) will give these 'children 'some closure'?......
