🚨 LABOUR GERRYMANDERING - LOCAL GOVERNMENT REORGANISATION 🚨

Today's announcement proves what I've been warning about all along. Labour councils redrawing the electoral map in their own favour. Well-run Conservative councils carved up to prop up debt-ridden Labour councils.

This isn't about empowering local communities. It's about reshaping local government for Labour's political advantage.

If this is Steve Reed's final Statement as Secretary of State, his legacy won't be genuine devolution.

It will be gerrymandering local government.
