@HankFrank@UltraRunner26 Guy who likes gear finds running to be expensive. That’s like me, someone who loves watches, buying a Patek 1518 in steel and saying the hobby is too expensive. There’s plenty of ways to enjoy both more affordable.
@dieworkwear@FlashFocus_ I can't seem to find where this image is originally from but I'd love to know if you remember, so I can find the fabric for the jacket and trousers. Looks similar to my Crispaire, but the trousers are nice.
@dieworkwear I have an issue. More like an embarrassment. I have drop foot from a neuro issue, and I finally bit the bullet and got a carbon fiber brace from my calf to under my foot. The orthotist wants me in "Dress sneakers" for safety. Is this... *gulps* okay? Do I get a pass?
@jhahner64@wwornwwell Thank you! It was driving me crazy.
So why is it censored when I click the link? Is it that way for everyone? Is there lore behind that?
@countryhabib@lillyemira The idea that any legislature is going to change regulations to allow AI to practice medicine in the near future, let alone in 6 months, is an absolutely ridiculous claim, bordering on fraudulent, seeing as I can't believe that anyone would believe that while saying it.
@LuxuryWatchGuy1 Prices on things like 3330 and 3337 are up 30% over the last year. Their early 3050 went to the moon since early this year as well. The secondary market is rebounding for neovintage as their recent releases (Souscription, Experimentale) have been getting attention
@AlexRouhandeh@admcrlsn I don't know why it's so infuriating to hear—for the umpteenth time—the same platitudes and commentary about not seeing people for their party and how we have to reach people who haven't been reached. Every election, the same talk, no substance, and it's what got us here.
