#COVID19 isn't that novel. Social distancing & testing? Pull the avian/swine flu playbook. Prevent panic buying? Pull the 70s fuel rationing & modern draught rationing. Publish a tested "hurricane pantry" list. Protect the old & infirm? Harness Amazon etc. to send essentials.
