@McDonalds_SA McDonald’s Delmas service is unacceptable. I returned a dry, stale Chicken Big Mac and the store refused to refund me, telling me to follow “protocol” and do it online. The store assistant also had a terrible attitude. Customers shouldn’t be treated like this.
