@anotherglassbox I was hoping for something much closer to TimeOut Market (as in Lisbon, Montreal, etc.) which is fast serve style with a sit down restaurant quality. This just feels like a slightly upscale mall food court with a local focus. Kinda meh on first impressions

@jwmares Medical device startups are chronically underfunded right now due to a lack of VCs investing in the space. Will be a massive opportunity due to: aging populations, desire to reduce cost of healthcare, and improve quality of life. Also is fairly recession proof.

@ronmortgageguy I agree, but unfortunately it seems our government thinks quantitative easing and low prime rates leads to housing being more affordable. Admitting lower mortgage rates are bad could be political suicide as how would their constituents react?
