@crampell There is a SCOTUS decision--Griswold v. Connecticut (1965) which guaranteed birth control to married couples, followed up by Eisenstadt v. Baird (1972), which did the same for unmarried couples. The states can't do crap. Unless SCOTUS busts precedent again!
